Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) — The program that was developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn at UMass in the 70s. MBCP is adapted from this, the progenitor of all mindfulness based interventions. MBSR instruction by Natasha Korshak who is one of my teachers. (on UA campus)
